7 new Covid-19 cases in quarantine, 2 report symptoms

7 new Covid-19 cases were detected in quarantine with 2 of the patients reporting symptoms, according to the Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration. The total number of confirmed Covid-19 in Thailand is raised to 3,804 with 3,612 recoveries and 59 deaths. 133 people are currently receiving medical treatment for the coronavirus.

  • A 21 year old Thai student travelling from Jordan tested positive for Covid-19. He arrived on October 27 and tested positive 5 days later while in a Bangkok state quarantine facility. He reported symptoms of a cough and runny nose.
  • A 27 year old Thai man travelling from France tested positive for Covid-19. He arrived on October 30 and tested positive 3 days later while at a Chon Buri state quarantine facility.
  • A 39 year old Thai woman travelling from Sweden tested positive for Covid-19. She arrived on October 31 and tested positive the next day while at a Bangkok alternative state quarantine hotel. She reported symptoms of a runny nose.
  • A 56 year old Italian man tested positive for Covid-19 while at a Bangkok quarantine hotel. He arrived to Thailand on October 30 and tested positive 3 days later.
  • A 22 year old Maldivian student tested positive for Covid-19 while at a Bangkok quarantine hotel. She arrived to Thailand on October 30 and tested positive 3 days later.
  • A 48 year old Russian man tested positive for Covid-19 while at a Bangkok quarantine hotel. He arrived to Thailand on October 26 and tested positive 5 days later.
  • A 44 year old Kuwaiti man tested positive for Covid-19 while at a Bangkok quarantine hotel. He arrived to Thailand on October 28 and tested positive 5 days later.
