Suspected drunk driver nearly hits VP Harris’ motorcade in Wisconsin

A suspected drunk driver nearly collided with Vice President Kamala Harris’ motorcade in Wisconsin. Harris had just concluded a rally in Brookfield, a Milwaukee suburb, when her motorcade encountered a vehicle driving the wrong way on Interstate 94.
