A now-fired Grab driver might face criminal charges after he made posts on social media with threatening messages and a photo of himself holding a gun while wearing the company’s jacket.

Grab Thailand says they’ve suspended the driver’s account on the ride-sharing and food delivery mobile application for violating the company’s security and safety protocols. Grab says the driver used profanity, verbal sexual harassment and malicious communication.

Grab Thailand says they are considering pressing charges.
