Phuket’s ACE condo holds all the cards

Legacy Phuket Gazette

PHUKET: ACE condominium, a nine storey building planned on Pang-meangsai Kor Road in Patong, on Phuket’s west coast, aims to attract people seeking an independent, fast-paced and fun, urban lifestyle.

Deputy Managing Director of Patong Centre Co Ltd, Ms Alisa Likitittiruks, stated that the company expects to sell as much as 80-90 per cent of the project’s units this coming high season. This shouldn’t be too difficult considering that about 40 per cent of the units were reserved during a one-month pre-sale period, which ended on September 30.

With a projected completion date of April 2015, the condominium will offer fashionable rooms in many sizes and styles – starting at just 1.8 million baht; the project’s key selling point is its central location in Patong, on a road with high potential for becoming an important local business center; surrounded by a wide array of entertainment and shopping venues, the residence will be only a 10-minute drive to the beach.

Ms Alisa said: “ACE condominium is the first of our condo projects to be located in the center of Patong, in front of Patong hospital. We offer a great entry level price, which is almost impossible to find in the same area.”

“ACE condominium will make your life more convenient. We use high-quality material and modern design, paying great attention to detail through the building process. The feedback during the pre-sale period was very good and I’m convinced that during the high season we will be able to sell as much as 90 per cent of the project’s units.

“We have a special promotion for foreigners at the moment,” she continued, “We are accepting reservation payments of only 30,000 baht. Besides that, the total down payment is only 25% of the purchase price, which is advantageous and quite flexible for foreigners seeking a condo for their residence or just as a great-value investment. The location of our project guarantees long-term profit.”

To be built on a plot spanning over 1,600 square meters, the nine-storey building will comprise 183 rooms. Room types include studio apartments (23.5 to 30.8 sqm) one-bedroom (31 to 36 sqm ) and two-bedroom (70 sqm) units. There will be a standard size swimming pool on the second floor, 24-hour security, a car park on the first floor, lobby and an all-inclusive fitness gym to help facilitate a healthy and active lifestyle.

Patong Centre Co Ltd is a local development company owned by Mr Sudporn Likitittiruks, who is also Managing Director, and his daughter Ms Alisa Likitittiruks, who is Deputy Managing Director.

This Patong-based, family-run company, has more than 10 years experience in property development Their portfolio includes such projects as ACCA Patong, the Chamre, Patong Hamingway’s Hotel, Sansabai Hotel and Sea Cono Boutique Hotel.
