Delivery of relief items to Takua Pa

PHUKET: The organizers of a relief delivery to Khao Lak (story here) have announced that they will also be pleased to deliver items for Takua Pa (story here) on behalf of those unable to make delivery themselves.

Items for Khao Lak (crockery, cutlery, camping gas stoves and non-electric rice cookers) and items for Takua Pa (baby formula, baby bottles, toys, children’s shoes, mosquito nets and sarongs) may be delivered to the collection point set up at 18/177 Moo 5, Wichitsongkram Rd., Tambon Wichit, Muang, Phuket.

To get there, take the road toward Kathu from the Darasamut Intersection (Central Festival) and turn first left after the Makro Store. The collection point is the ground floor of the large red-roofed building on the left.

The collection point will be open for three days from 10 am to 6 pm, starting this morning (January 4).
