Kuwaiti man sorry for masturbating on condo balcony in Pattaya (video)

A Kuwaiti man issued an apology for shocking Thai students and teachers by masturbating on the balcony of his condominium room in Pattaya, opposite a school.

A group of young students who were studying in a school building opposite the Kuwaiti man’s condo yesterday, August 27, noticed the explicit act and decided to record a video before sharing it with Channel 3.

The video showed the half-naked foreign man standing and masturbating in his room. He was also holding his mobile phone in his right hand, apparently intending to watch pornography. The man stood near the balcony with the curtain left open, causing his actions to catch the attention of the students from the other side.

In addition to sharing the video with the media, the students and teacher also reported the matter to Mueang Pattaya Police Station. Officers then visited the condominium to question the Kuwaiti man.

According to the police, the foreign man was in a state of remorse. He insisted that he did not intend to perform the sexual act in public or show off. He forgot to close the curtain and did not expect that anyone would see him.

The Kuwaiti man apologised to both the students and the teacher for his lewd behaviour and also issued an apology to the condominium owner for tarnishing its reputation.

Police warned the Kuwaiti national to be more careful and to avoid repeating the incident but did not press any charges against him.

In a related report, a Thai man turned himself in at Bang Khen Police Station in July after a video of him masturbating outside a university in Bangkok went viral on social media, spreading fear among women, especially young students at the university.

The man gave a similar explanation to the Kuwaiti man, saying he did not expect anyone would notice his sexual activity and record it.

Another Thai man was arrested in January after he masturbated in front of women in a public place. One video showed him parking his motorcycle in front of a woman at a bus stop in Bangkok and beginning to masturbate. The man claimed a mental illness made him unable to control his behaviour.
