Drunk motorcyclist crashes into Pattaya repair shop

An allegedly drunk motorcyclist lost control and crashed his motorcycle into a repair shop in Pattaya, resulting in serious injuries. This incident took place early today, October 24, on Pattaya Central Road near Soi 8/1.

Pattaya police received reports of the accident at 1.30am. Following this, they coordinated with the Sawang Boriboon Rescue Foundation and a medical team from Bangkok Pattaya Hospital to respond to the scene.

Upon arrival, responders found a grey Honda Wave 125i motorcycle that had crashed into the front of a motorcycle repair shop. The motorcycle was lying on its side with its engine damaged and oil leaking onto the ground.

Nearby, they discovered an unidentified male who had no identification documents on him. The man appeared heavily intoxicated and had sustained a large head wound. Rescue workers and medical personnel provided first aid before urgently transporting him to a local hospital.

Witnesses reported that the injured man lost control of his motorcycle while taking a turn. They rushed to assist him and called for rescue services.

Pattaya police are continuing to investigate the accident to determine the legal liability for the damages, reported The Pattaya News.
