Viva la Tri Trang | Thaiger

PHUKET: The Viva Patong is located in the exclusive Tri Trang beach area, south of Phuket’s main tourist town. Tri Trang is home to luxury brands such as The Rosewood, Avista Hideaway and Amari Coral Resorts.

The Viva Patong will overlook Tri Trang and Freedom Beach, and you can walk to Paradise Beach and bustle of Patong in only five minutes.

The development will incorporate a hotel style of living with a modern tropical concept.

The idea is to offer a new sense of living and change the perception of living in Patong. The project will have two 7-storey low-rise condominium buildings with ceiling heights around three meters.

The project will have 83 ‘deluxe’ units, seven two-bedroom units and one penthouse apartment.

The Deluxe apartments will range in size from 40 to 56.36 square meters, two-bedroom apartments from 63.3 to 96.3sqm and the Penthouse will be 167sqm. Prices start at 2.4 million baht and go up to 16.77mn baht.

The price is inclusive of a pantry and wardrobe by Ikea; sanitary wears by Hafele; tempered glass shower room; real wood bed, headboard and mattress and a rattan sofa set.

The design of the balconies will allow for easy pool access and sea views in some units.

Viva Patong encompasses 1,320sqm of land and will include a 9×20 meter saltwater swimming pool, pool bar, fitness center, restaurant, grand lobby, free WiFi at the lobby, CCTV, key card access to lifts, 24-hour security and parking.
