Doc sniffs out men with big noses have large penises (video)
A doctor claims that she can tell the size of a man’s penis by looking at his nose, dismissing age-old myths surrounding hand and foot dimensions.
Dr Rena Malik, a urologist from California, made waves during an appearance on the Diary of a CEO podcast. She discussed compelling evidence that, contrary to popular belief, men’s noses might hold the secret to their size below the belt.
Drawing on a Japanese study, Dr Malik said, “Men with larger noses tend to have larger genitalia.”
The groundbreaking research, published in 2021 in Basic and Clinical Andrology, scrutinised 126 Japanese men aged 30 to 50.
The findings highlighted a stronger correlation between nose size and penis length than with height or weight. Adding to the intrigue, a 2023 Chinese study echoed these results.
It examined 420 men and found that nose size was a better predictor of erect genital size than the traditional hand or foot size indicators.
But the revelations didn’t stop there. Dr Malik delved into a curious trend: the elongation of genitalia over recent decades.
“While we observe changes in sperm quality over the past 50 years, we also see changes in genital length among men.”
Researchers hypothesise that this lengthier trend could be due to earlier puberty onset, as boys today are exposed to testosterone earlier, potentially leading to longer genitalia.
For those wondering if this trend holds water, a 2023 study by Stanford University examined data from a whopping 55,700 men spanning from 1942 to 2021.
Their meta-analysis uncovered a staggering 25% increase in average erect genital length, rising from 4.8 inches in 1992 to a robust 6 inches in 2021.
While these findings might be a source of cheer for some, researchers temper the excitement by warning that this rapid shift raises “concerning” implications about “powerful changes occurring in our bodies.”
These changes might stem from chemical exposures, including pesticides and everyday hygiene products, with potential hormone-disrupting properties, reported Sanook.
In a twist that speaks to human nature, a survey uncovered that around 55% of men are dissatisfied with their genital size. Yet, in a reassuring counterpoint, many surveys suggest that partners feel their significant other’s size is just right.
So, next time you find yourself trying to size someone up, remember, it might just be the nose that knows!
Meanwhile, a new study has revealed which country’s men have the biggest and smallest penis size. It appears those stereotypes do exist.
