The focus was on several entertainment venues located on Walking Street in South Pattaya. The primary goal was to elevate safety standards and mitigate any potential fire risks. Officials meticulously checked the emergency exits and fire safety equipment, including fire extinguishers and alarm systems, installed by the venue operators.

The inspection revealed that the venues had taken appropriate measures by installing fire extinguishers and clearly marked emergency exit signs for patrons. However, the officials also provided advice to the venue managers. Weekit emphasised the importance of regularly checking the functionality of fire extinguishers and alarms. Additionally, he recommended staff training on assisting tourists in the event of a fire emergency.
