Deviant caught on CCTV masturbating on motorcycle in Chon Buri

A university student in Chon Buri shared footage from a dormitory CCTV camera on social media to expose a deviant who used a student’s motorcycle seat to masturbate.

The female student, Umaporn Panomreang, posted a video of the incident on a Facebook group called Freshman Burapha University Marketplace (น้องใหม่บูรพามาร์เก็ตเพลส) on March 28 with the caption that said…

“Warning! It occurred at a dormitory on Soi Seaside (Bang Saen Sai 4 Road). The man cut a hole in my friend’s motorcycle seat and masturbated on it. Please beware of this man.”

In the video, the man climbs onto the motorcycle seat and starts humping it, like he’s having sexual intercourse. And, like most smokers when they’ve finished having intercourse, he smokes a cigarette before leaving the scene.

According to a report on Channel 3, the location is near Burapha University where a lot of students stay in dormitories and nearby buildings.

Netizens called for the police to track down and arrest the man, citing the potential danger he poses to students, particularly women.

The Deputy Director of the Institute of Lifelong Learning of Burapha University, Nathaphop Somkid, gave an interview with Channel 7 about the incident. Nathaphop believed that the man seemed to have a personal interest in the owner of the motorcycle and stalked her to the car park.

Saen Suk Police Station confirmed that a similar incident had occurred in the area before, and the suspect, in that case, had been arrested. The police urged the victim in the current case to file a complaint, as they need it to move forward with their investigation and prosecution.

Masturbation is a normal, healthy sexual activity as long as it is done in private. Unfortunately, this is not the first incident of its kind to occur in Thailand.

Last year, an Italian man was apprehended for allegedly showing his genitals and masturbating in front of children while riding a motorcycle in Pattaya. During the same year, a delivery driver in Nonthaburi province near Bangkok reached out to the police after a customer sexually harassed him by masturbating in front of his face.
