Two American Bully dogs fatally attacked their 18 year old Thai owner at a house in the central province of Lopburi on Friday. The victim’s brother is now seeking new homes for the animals.

The father of the dead teenager, Khomsan, a Thai police officer, hugged his son’s lifeless body in tears. He revealed to Channel 7 that he still could not accept what had happened to his beloved son. The dead boy’s brother, Apisit, was also in grief.

Apisit explained that the dogs, named Fino and Tesla, used to stay with him in Bangkok. Another American Bully dog named Tang Gas, who is the mother of the two, was with his father at their home in Lopburi. He had just relocated Fino and Tesla to the family home, so the animals were not very familiar with the victim.

The two dogs were in a room on the second floor of the house, and the incident occurred when the victim, Apisak, attempted to let the dogs out of the room.

According to security camera footage shared by Apisit, Apisak was seen entering the room to release the dogs and play with them but the dogs attacked him. He ran out of the room with the dogs in pursuit who then fatally attacked him.

According to Channel 7, Apisak was bitten on his arms, legs, and head. Both of his ears were missing and are believed to have been swallowed by the dogs. The wound on his head was so severe that it exposed his skull.

The victim’s brother, Apisit, speculated that the dogs were stressed because he finished work late and did not arrive home at the usual time. His brother may have played with them in a way that triggered their aggression.

When the dogs smelled blood, they could not stop attacking. Apisit believes that Tang Gas tried to help Apisak but was unable to because had an injured leg.

Apisit admitted that he loved his dogs very much and had even helped Tang Gas deliver them himself. However, he felt he could no longer see them or take care of them, so he is looking for new homes for all three dogs.

Apisit told the media that many people had expressed interest in adopting the dogs but he would choose carefully, selecting only those who knew the American Bully breed.
