Dolphin found on Bang Tao beach

Bang Tao beach lifeguards found the body of a 1.2-meter long dolphin on the beach today (September 6).

Phuket Marine Biological Center took the body from the beach and kept it frozen while waiting for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.

The dolphin is 1.2-meter long with a width of about 20 cm and weighs 20 kilograms. It is estimated to be approximately 3-5 years old.
