AMCHAM to host forum discussion about “New Phuket’
PHUKET: The impact of recent changes throughout Phuket following the coup in May will be the focus of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) Thailand forum on September 12.
The forum, to be hosted by brand-development company Quo Global’s founder and CEO David Keen, will examine how Thais, expats and foreign tourists are expected to perceive the recent transformation of the island – especially regarding the sweeping changes made on Phuket’s beaches.
AMCHAM invites those from the hospitality, tourism, real estate and yachting industries, as well as the general public, to attend and share their views and opinions with the panel of industry experts.
The event will be held at the Angsana Resort Laguna Phuket with registration beginning at 4pm and the forum to run from 4:30 to 6pm. The general public is encouraged to attend.
The event is free for AMCHAM members and 100 baht for non-members.
