Upon arrival, they found two teenagers, 19 year old A and 19 year old B, lying injured in the middle median of the road. Both were in a critical state, barely conscious and with faces covered in blood. They were given immediate first aid before being urgently transported to the hospital.

The motorcycle, a Honda Wave 110i with registration number 2 กณ 6988 from Songkhla province, was found severely damaged in the median. Approximately 100 metres away, the white Mercedes-Benz involved in the collision was located, with significant damage to its right front side, rendering it undrivable.

This festival is a traditional merit-making event in the southern region of Thailand, marking the end of Buddhist Lent.

Nattapol explained that as he was driving along the highway, a car suddenly cut in front of him from the left lane. He swerved to avoid it and collided with the teenagers’ motorcycle. This abrupt manoeuvre led to the serious injuries of the two young riders, reported KhaoSod.
