Toons Tunes for today features Canadian singer and songwriter The Weeknd and the latest release from the extended play studio album “My Dear Melancholy” called “Wasted Times”.

If you are a follower of Toons Tunes you will know that I am a huge fan of The Weeknd and was lucky enough to see him live in Perth in December 2017.

Unlike his more recent tracks, My Dear Melancholy has been described as a return to the darker side of The Weeknd’s earlier work. “Wasted Times” has been noted as an intimate portrayal of his past relationships with singer Selena Gomez and Bella Hadid.
