Phuket Poll: Police tourist shelter the last resort?

PHUKET: The Tourist Police (TP) are planning to build a temporary shelter for ‘down-on-their-luck’ foreign tourists. The new facility will be constructed at the TP’s regional headquarters on Yaowarat Road in Phuket Town.
