Prayut revealed that he was employed part-time at an entertainment venue in Bangkok where the incident occurred. He recounted that Pakphoom had flirted with a friend of his girlfriend that night, then waited outside the venue after its closure at 2.30am, waiting for the woman.

Parkphoom, who reportedly appeared drunk asked Prayut’s friend to go home with him but the woman refused. Parkphoom did not give up and attempted to pull the woman away, so Prayut intervened.

Parkphoom then turned his attention to Prayut and repeatedly punched him in the face until Prayut collapsed to the ground. Parkphoom continued to assault Prayut even after he was lying unconscious.

Prayut’s girlfriend and friend tried to stop Parkphoom but to no avail. Another male witness in the area finally intervened, causing Parkphoom to cease his violent behaviour.

According to Prayut, the attack resulted in a broken left jaw, a wound on his forehead, a cut on his nose, and bruising around his neck from choking.

Prayut revealed that he filed a complaint against Parkphoom at Bang Yi Khan Police Station, and officers summoned Parkphoom for questioning. The attacker initially promised to cover the treatment costs but managed to escape without facing legal consequences.

Prayut stated that he had to cover the treatment costs, amounting to over 100,000 baht, by himself. He insisted that he did not know Parkphoom and had no prior conflicts with him before the attack.

Officers from Bang Yi Khan Police Station informed Saimai Survive that they had already issued legal charges against Parkphoom for physically assaulting another person, leading to severe injury and causing mental and physical harm.

According to the police, Parkphoom acknowledged the charges. However, there was no information on whether he would cover the treatment costs for Prayut.
