Oatmeal went on to explain that he went to the shop with some colleagues on September 28 and the barber lobbed off part of his right ear. He was rushed to hospital and received seven stitches.

Oatmeal said the barber paid the 15,375 baht cost of the treatment but offered no compensation. The actor says he has lost a lot of income and career opportunities as a result of the wound. According to the actor, the barber gave him 1,500 baht for health insurance and refused to provide any further compensation for his losses.

Oatmeal gave further details of the incident in an interview with Channel 3 today, November 6. Oatmeal claimed that he and his colleagues noticed that the barber looked sleepy and unable to concentrate on his work. He tried to talk to him and turned on the music but it did not help the barber and he remained drowsy.

Oatmeal said he saw him closing his eyes while cutting his hair and had to wake him up. Despite his attempts to keep the barber awake, the ear-cutting incident occurred, leaving him physically and emotionally injured.

According to the victim, the barber gave an interview to the other news agencies that he was not sleepy and was concentrating on his work as usual. The barber made no mention of compensation to Oatmeal.
