PHUKET: Relieving anticipation in the single-house property market to the north of Phuket Town, Sansiri Pcl finally lifted the curtain on ‘Burasiri Koh Kaew’, the developer’s first up-market resort-style, detached housing development in Phuket.

Valued at about one billion baht, the new development is superbly located in the Koh Kaew sub district, just opposite the British International School.

The project responds to desires of business owners and young families alike, who prefer an urban lifestyle yet enjoy living close to natural surroundings, enjoying privacy in their homes.

Mr Suriya Wannabuit, executive vice president of Sansiri’s Project Management and Marketing Department, revealed that “Sansiri is proud to introduce Sansiri’s first single detached home in Phuket, under the Burasiri brand – Burasiri Koh Kaew.”

The project is developed from the concept of experiencing resort-style living while enjoying natural surroundings.

“Burasiri Koh Kaew is designed for Phuket customers, whether they be business owners or modern families. Our target market is people who seek a property that can fulfill their town-style living desires, yet be assured of total privacy.

“Most importantly, its prime location provides the utmost convenience with easy access to all destinations across the island.”

He went on to note how the development will combine the project’s characteristics with surrounding natural areas to achieve a resort ambiance.

“Such special features cater to the preference of target owners who have a uniquely modern-style of living amid a good environment.”

Sansiri has developed the project to be “stylishly outstanding”, to include spacious gardens to a luxury clubhouse, fitness center and swimming pools.

Additionally, living space in each home is cleverly designed using high quality materials to be functional and practical for daily use.

“Combining all this, we expect this much-anticipated project will meet with the same terrific response as other Sansiri developments.” Mr. Suriya concluded.

Burasiri is Sansiri’s premium-class single home brand. The Burasiri brand concept is that each development is unique in character, designed in harmony with its location, yet with the overall brand concept of creating an Oriental Resort atmosphere.

Burasiri Koh Kaew will feature a collection of modern-style homes that blend perfectly with nature using a harmonious choice of colors.

Common project facilities are subtly designed. For example, the clubhouse concept derives from ‘Bukit’, the word in Malay that means mountain or large hill; mountain lines and slopes as well as the rock surface are used strikingly. Residents at Burasiri Koh Kaew will delight in the surrounding nature and resort-style atmosphere.

Burasiri Koh Kaew spans an area of just under 39 rai – about 15 acres or 62,000 square meters. The project will comprise a total of 156 two-storey single detached homes on plots ranging from 52.4 – 106.80 square wa (209.6 to 427.2sqm), with living areas ranging from 149 to 178sqm.

Two home types are available: BuraRata offers a living area of 149 sqm, featuring three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining corner, cooking preparation zone, Thai kitchen area and parking space for two cars.

The larger room type BuraBulkit will offer a living area of 178sqm with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, relaxation room (on the upper floor), living room, dining corner, cooking preparation zone, Thai kitchen area and also parking space for two cars.

These two types of homes will be offered in the price range from 5.9 to 10mn baht.

The project boasts complete facilities including a common area spanning over one rai of land (1600sqm), which is thoughtfully designed with residents’ benefits in mind. It includes an expansive green space that features ‘Strip Park’ areas allowing for 24 hours of fresh air and exercise.

The large clubhouse is equipped with swimming pools (including one kid’s pool) and a fitness center, plus a 24-hour security system with CCTV together with a double gate and card access system at the project entrance to provide security and peace of mind.

Burasiri Koh Kaew show units are available for inspection at the Sales Gallery on site. For more information, please call 1685 or click here.
