Phuket property – Phanason aims high
PHUKET: Project developers Phanason Group are confident that the company’s first foray into the high-end market will deliver another success for the group, by targeting people with busy lifestyles looking to “get away from it all”.
Phanason Resort is one of 11 developments created by Phanason Group, who has been among the leading housing developers in Phuket for more than eight years.
The resort is located on the prime location of Laem Hin, on Phuket’s east coast. The entire project is surrounded by lush green space on one side and a clear view of Koh Maphrao (Coconut Island) and the sea beyond on the other.
“Phanason Resort is the first project of the Phanason Group to target the high-end market. The concept of our resort is ‘Modern living in a Resort Style Community’,” explained Project Manager Phichet Ko.
“We have designed all of the houses in our project to ensure they have an ocean view. Some houses will face the ocean, while residents in houses facing the other direction will still be able to see the ocean from their balcony at the back of the house,” he added.
Phanason Resort has a wide range of house models on offer. Each model has been created with its own design and range of facilities.
“We have six different styles of houses for a total of 142 units. We have Type A: Andaman; Type B: Arctic; Type C: Caribbean; Type C/S: Caribbean; Type D: Pacific; Type E: Mediterranean; and Type F: Atlantic.
“Our units start at 9.9 million baht and go up to 15.9 million baht. Each model has its own unique character,” said Mr Phichet.
“The project is 40 per cent complete. We started our pre-sales in June 2011. Already we have sold six units, most of them Type A and C.
“All of our buyers are those seeking to escape a busy life style and live easy, like they are at a resort. I believe we have the answer for that desire,” said he added.
The project is aimed at the high end market, but it is still within reach of many people, said Mr Phichet.
He expressed some concern about the current rate of sales for the project, but expects to be able to organize several events during the high season to entice potential buyers.
“There might be many more projects being built in Phuket, but I am confident that our project has set the benchmark.
“We have strong selling points and we can offer the best luxury living experience in a resort-style community at prices that are not out of reach,” Mr Phichet said.
