UPDATE: Phuket’s injured Leopard Cat dies
The leopard cat, which was found severely injured in front of a Mai Khao Graveyard on December 31, has unfortunately passed away.

The can was transported to Soi Dog Foundation on January 1 for treatment and was under constant care from the vets and staff at the Soi Dog team.
Vets say the leopard cat, named ‘Happy Tiger’, suffered from serious brain damage after it got hit by a vehicle resulting in life-threatening conditions.
A spokesperson said “The vet team from Soi Dog Foundation tried to save the animal to the best of their abilities, but unfortunately the animal died this morning (Friday) at about 9.30 am from complications.”
