The 2003 edition of the Gazette Guide, Phuket’s ‘yellow pages’, will go on sale (at 140 baht) from January 17, with bulk deliveries to the hotels scheduled for the following day. For a list of retailers selling the Guide, or for discounts on bulk orders (10 or more copies) for guesthouses, clubs, associations and other non-profit organizations, please contact Guide@PhuketGazette.net The price of this year’s Guide is unchanged from last year: 140 baht. As always, Shopper Card holders (and applicants) are entitled to one copy of the Guide at 75 baht when picked up at the Gazette offices. (Sorry, no discounts at retail outlets.) On another matter, the Gazette is happy to announce that movie-goers who have had trouble finding out what’s showing on the big screens at The Coliseum will soon be able to check the schedules online. The service starts January 20.
