Woman climbs onto car to stop husband and ‘whore’ mistress

A video showing an emotional woman climbing onto a car to prevent her husband from driving away with his “whore” mistress has gone viral.

The viral video circulating on Thai social media shows a distressed woman climbing onto the bonnet of an orange sedan that was travelling down a road in the Tak province.

In the video, several people are seen trying to stop the woman from being run down while asking her husband, the sedan driver, to stop the car. However, the driver continued his journey and drove faster to try and shake the woman off the bonnet. His wife responded by thrashing the car window while demanding her husband get out of the car to talk with her.

The man finally stopped, got out of the car, dragged the woman off his bonnet and threw her on the road. The husband then punches another man who tried to intervene before driving away.

The 47 year old woman, Kanokwan, spoke to Thai media after the video went viral on social media yesterday.

She revealed that she has been working in Japan and sent money back to her husband in Thailand. She and her husband have been together for six years but for the past three years, she has been the sole family breadwinner, paying all the bills.

Kanokwan said she came back to Thailand to make a merit and travel with her friends. On Thursday, January 26, she visited several temples in northern Thailand with a friend. The last stop was in Tak province where she spotted her husband’s car.

Kanokwan said she found an orange Toyota Vios sedan parked near the Mae Ping River Market while she and her friends were looking for a restaurant. She recognised that it was the car she bought for her husband.

The car was not locked so Kanokwan opened the car door and spotted a number of items belonging to another woman.

Kanaokwan said she took all of the accessories out of the car and waited for her husband to return. Ten minutes later her husband came back to the car with another woman.

Kanokwan said she was angry and tried to attack the woman and pull her hair. She shouted…

“Why did you do this to me? I am always honest with you!”

Her husband immediately pushed her away making her fall to the floor. Then, the two fled to the car and tried to drive away.

Kanokwan said she decided to climb onto the car to stop them from escaping but it did not work. Her husband tried to shake her off by driving faster, as featured in the video.

The husband and his mistress finally managed to escape after he threw her to the floor. She was injured in the incident and got help from people nearby.

Kanokwan said her husband’s mistress is a 32 years old party entertainer. Her husband later called her and begged her to stop talking to the Thai media. Bizarrely, the mistress also contacted her and claims she is his wife. She said…

“Stop contracting my husband! I’m a whore! I can take care of my husband!”

Kanokwan revealed that her husband cheated on her twice before, but she forgave him. She said it would not be the same this time. She said that she would divorce her husband and also sue the mistress for adultery.
