Participants will learn new fitness & lifestyle skills and information and how they can ‘re-program’ their body with the practitioners including Hayden Rhodes, Kim White, Andrew Stannard and Susanna Eduini. The wellness workshop has a vast array of specialists to maximise a healthy weekend in Phuket.

The four day program begins with a personal and private health and wellness consultation with Hayden Rhodes upon arrival; he will help to create a healthy life ritual plan for participants.

The participants will also enjoy the informative workshops and hands-on activities at the practical fun sessions such as team building, water races, mindset and visualisation and “finding balance leading to fundamental functional programs for life”.

Participants will also discover their own foodie adventure with “clean” menus and understanding how food labels work from gifted chefs and artisans of fine dining. They’ll learn how food can affect sleep as well as improve overall productivity.

This retreat is hosted by Linda Overman, Director of Mandara Spa, who has carefully selected the best nutritional specialists, life coaches, personal trainers and yoga and meditation practitioners for this wellness workshop.

The ‘Reboot and Maximise Your Energy’, 4-day wellness workshop includes:

• Healthy daily meals: 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 2 dinners

• Two spa massage treatments at the award winning Mandara Spa

• 30-minute private consultations with Hayden Rhodes

• Daily seminars and activities with practitioners

The cost is 29,000 baht net per person.
