Phuket Property: Tri Property launch Zcape X2 concept

Legacy Phuket Gazette

PHUKET: Urban lifestyle condo concept developer Tri Property launched sales of the Zcape X2 Condominium in Cherng Talay on December 15, boasting unit reservations totalling more than 60 per cent over the first weekend of the two-week pre-sales period.

Touted as perfectly priced condo units in a prime location, Tri Property CEO Adisorn Vivakanond said the Zcape X2 concept was aimed at offering affordable, upmarket accommodation with elements of energy-saving and eco-design in a cosmopolitan community near Bang Tao Beach.

“The Zcape X2, fully furnished one and two-bedroom units were very well received, priced from just 1.49 million baht – a very affordable option in such a prestigious location,” said Adisorn.

Rising seven storeys, including a parking level, Zcape X2 Condominium comprises three designs: Lake View (26.55 – 31.09 square meters); one-bedroom Pool View (31.86 – 36.87sqm), and two-bedroom units (41.05 – 41.11sqm).

Each unit features a variety of innovative, space-saving details in the design, including interchangeable living space, plus a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space.
On-site facilities include a large swimming pool with children’s play pool and a hydro jet area that has a view of nearby hills; a pool lounge for recreational functions; a glass-walled fitness center with an all-round view; plus 24-hour manned security, a reception area and CCTV.

“Making Zcape condo units stylish, practical and affordable for the next generation of local residents in such a choice location were decisive factors in the rapid sellout of all Zcape condo units in July,” said Adisorn.

“The Cherng Talay location of Zcape X2 Condominium was carefully selected to give residents the best balance possible to meet today’s lifestyle needs. The architecture and north-south alignment of the project take full advantage of the spacious natural surroundings to provide energy-saving solutions in the form of natural shade and ventilation.

“The condo is also located within walking distance of Boat Avenue’s trendy new mall, which is destined to become one of the island’s most unique new meeting places, with shops, restaurants, entertainment venues and a Villa Market,” he said.

With the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) integration for Thailand just around the corner, the Tri Property CEO said that Zcape X2 was a highly attractive investment in high-quality housing in a world-class tourist destination. Phuket, he said, continues to boom as a regional hub, where the residential and transient population is increasing significantly year by year.

“Joining the AEC in 2015 will bring an influx of trade and investment that will further fuel the demand in Phuket for high-quality condominiums. Local and international investors have already shown faith in the future of Phuket as a regional commercial and
tourism hub,” said Adisorn.

The Zcape X2 Condominium eco-design concept extends to many aspects of daily life, such as bicycle parking to encourage pollution-free travel and dedicated storage for recycling rubbish.

Tri Property Executive Chairman and Phuket native Chaiwat Tantiwiwat, said Tri Property’s plans for Phuket include at least two or three more condominium and residential projects to be launched in 2013, located on other land plots with similarly high potential.

The company is also looking at other sites in southern Thailand, including Haad Yai, Songkhla and Surat Thani.
