Phuket Property: New development targets beginners

PHUKET: Relieving much anticipation of the property market just north of Phuket Town, lifestyle home developer LH Muang Mai Limited (LH), the local subsidiary of trusted property giant Land & Houses, recently unveiled its third housing development on the
island: Inizio – Koh Kaew.

Pre-sales for the 590.8 million baht development were launched at the project’s site behind Phuket’s main Isuzu Showroom on Thepkrasattri Road, on January 19 and 20, with units being offered at a promotional price of just under 4mn baht.

Leading up to the project’s official curtain-lifting, the developer reported taking in unit reservations totaling about 60 per cent of available units in the first of three scheduled phases.

Once completed, the subdivision will have a total of 128 two-storey, detached houses spanning an area of just under 27 rai, or roughly 43,000 square meters.

LH Muang Mai MD Pittaya Tantipiriyakij revealed the project’s concept and name origin: “The project was named Inizio, which derives from the Italian word meaning ‘to begin’, as our target market is young professionals, aged 27-35 years-old, who are
looking to start a family, or already have children.”

The project’s “modern-design” units will all feature a single, uniform layout consisting of three second-floor bedrooms (one master bedroom), two bathrooms, a kitchen and living area.

All in, the houses’ utility space comprises about 125 sqm, which includes parking space for two vehicles.

Available plots range in area from 200 to 340 sqm (50 to 85 square wah) with the most expensive off-plan unit priced just over six million baht.

The project’s ideal location on Thepkrasattri road puts it within 20-25 minutes to the airport and a number of other commercial and tourist locations on Phuket.

The project will provide three entrance/exit points for convenient access.

Facilities of the subdivision include a swimming pool and kid’s pool, clubhouse, landscaped park, exercise room and security system complete with 24-hour CCTV.

Early reservations will be offered a complimentary air conditioning system.
