PHUKET: Highlighting Sansiri PCL’s confidence in the island’s condominium market, the Bangkok-headquartered firm has launched sales for ‘THE BASE Height-Phuket’ in the Sam Kong area of Phuket Town.
As the third ‘THE BASE’ branded project on the island, following successful launches of the ‘Downtown’ and ‘Uptown’ projects also in Phuket Town, the ‘Height-Phuket’ is ideal for the young working generation, who are looking for a condominium that responds to their needs and character.
The development will feature a 14-storey uniquely designed structure on Hongyok-Uthit Road in Sam Kong, a quiet yet happening area on the north end of Phuket Town, within easy access of Bangkok Hospital Phuket and Tesco Lotus Phuket.

The 900 million baht valued project will be built on a plot that spans about two and half rai, or just over 4,000 square meters. With 14 floors, it will feature a total of 358 units comprising three different room types.
These include one-bedroom units ranging from 29 to 34sqm; one bedroom duplex units from 52.5 to 53.5 sqm; and two bedroom units spanning from 56 to 57 sqm.
The project’s design and development concept is outlined in the slogan: “THE BASE Height-Phuket: This is your life”, reflecting life in the city, and combining the blend of a unique and charming part of Phuket culture with a simple and modern design in an ideal location.
The developer describes the project’s design as “Modern Chino”, which combines the unique patterns of Sino-Portuguese, a Phuket architectural highlight, together with other modern design aspects. For example, its Chinese-style pattern of decoration on the balcony is contrasted with a Sala near the pool, to create a calming atmosphere.
THE BASE Height-Phuket offers a diverse range of facilities including a ground floor pool and a rooftop pool with sala, fitness room with the latest fitness equipment, a multi-purpose area, lobby, and wifi at the pool areas and in the lobby.
“THE BASE Height-Phuket is the first medium-height condominium [to be] developed by Sansiri in Phuket, and our first to offer a Duplex room type on the island.
