Lithuanian woman saved from jumping from upper roadway at Phuket Airport – VIDEO

A Lithuanian woman has been saved after being spotted standing on the side of the upper roadway at the Phuket International’s Airport terminal yesterday.

The Sakoo Police were notified of the incident at 2.20pm. A foreign woman has been plucked to safety by two Thai bystanders after spotting the woman standing on the ledge of the upper roadway.

The woman was later identified as 21 year old ADRIANA STANAITYTE from Lietuva, Lithuania. The two Thai people who saved Ms STANAITYTE were Aphichart Intaraksa and Amornrat Ankhai.

Ms STANAITYTE told police that she had broken up with her boyfriend after they travelled together to visit Phuket. So she decided to fly back home alone but had missed her flight.

Ms STANAITYTE was taken to the Thalang Hospital for observation before catching the next flight.
