Students take to the streets
PHUKET: Thousands of flag-waving students led by about 100 youths on motorcycles began an anti-government protest march from Provincial Hall to Sapan Hin at about 9:30 this morning.
Traffic delays are expected as the kilometer-long procession marches along Narisorn Rd towards Phuket City center.
The protest is expected to be peaceful. The mood among the protesters is upbeat and police presence is light.
