Phuket poll: Is police drug testing effective?

PHUKET: Every member of the Phuket Provincial Police force was due to be tested for ya bah (methamphetamine) use in April, the provincial police commander recently announced.

Thus far, there have been no reports of any officers testing positive for the powerful stimulant.
