Callers in need of information are advised to call the following numbers: – Unusual delays in customs procedure or customs clearance, 02-6717895-6; – Valuation appeals, 02-6717383 or 02-6677170; – Tariff appeals, 02-2402311 or 02-2494199; – Consultation on trade and industrial facilitation, 0-26728122 or 02-2402515; – Details on information technology, 02-2494073 or 02-2494167. – To File complaints about officers, 02-2490247-8.
