More blackouts in August

PHUKET: The Phuket Provincial Electricity Authority (PPEA) has announced more scheduled blackouts for August, in order to continue work on high-voltage power lines. All blackouts will be from 9 am to 4 pm. They are as follows: August 21, Phuket Town: west side of Thepkrasattri Rd from the PPEA substation north of Phuket Town to Moo Baan Permsin Tani, and including Baan Sapam, Soi Anamai Koh Kaew, Moo Baan Chuan Chuen Lagoon, Baan Bang Koo and Soi Harn Farang. August 23, Karon and Patong: along Sirirat Rd from the Felix Karon Hotel then along both Pracha Nukhro Rd to the Patong Merlin Hotel, including Soi Coconut, and along Nanai Rd to Baan Nanai. August 28, Kalim: from Baan Kalim to Kamala Hill, including Soi Phra Barami 6 and 7. Please note that this information is subject to change without notice.
