“We have received some good ideas from the Phuket Governor to make a good image for condominium investors in Phuket and to improve confidence and credibility for both Thai and Foreign customers. Many condominium project complaints have been filed at the Damrongdhama Centre.“
This from the President of the Phuket Real Estate Association (P-REA), Boon Yongsakul.
“The national government is also urging condominiums that have been completed, ready to be sold with no complains, to be on a list to recommend to customers in China. The National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) are cooperating on this project to select condominiums in Phuket for a property Award for Export 2018,” he explained.
“There are 9 projects in Phuket that have been nominated for the awards…
Oxygen in Cherng Talay, Saturday Residence in Rawai, Maikhao Beach Condominium, the Light Suanluang, Ozone Condotel Kata Beach, The Aristo Condo Karon, The Regent Bang Tao, Connect Condotel and Zcape 3 in Bang Tao.
These projects are being considered, based on criteria such as… must have been completed within the past five years, have all the legal licenses and paperwork and no complaints,” he added.
