Barking mad: Perverted teacher exposes penis in classroom stunt

A perverted teacher at a distinguished school in Uthai Thani has been exposed for a jaw-dropping act of indecency filming a clip, wearing a black dog mask, chain around the neck, and showing his penis in the middle of the classroom.
The male teacher, whose antics were brought to light by the Facebook page Kan Jom Phalang, was caught on camera wearing nothing but a black dog mask and a chain around his neck, behaving inappropriately in front of the camera.
The scandal erupted when parents, horrified by the teacher’s lewd escapades, discovered the footage circulating on social media.
The videos featured the teacher, seemingly lost in his own world, baring all in a government office, much to the disbelief and anger of parents and students alike.
Shockingly, the clips show him wearing a batman mask, devoid of shirt and trousers, with a chain draped around his neck, performing acts that have left the community in uproar.
Alarmingly, the school’s director initially chose not to pursue charges, stating in front of the flagpole that no legal action would be taken despite the mounting evidence. This decision was met with widespread criticism online.
“Is this man a teacher? And if a child walks up the stairs and sees this guy on the stairs, what will happen?”
The outrage extends beyond social media, as netizens demand the teacher’s immediate dismissal and the revocation of his professional licence. Observers slammed his behaviour as a blatant violation of the ethical norms expected of educators, calling for swift justice.
The teacher’s actions could potentially breach several sections of Thailand’s Criminal Code. Section 388 addresses public indecency, with penalties including fines, while Section 287/1 targets the dissemination of obscene material online, which can lead to imprisonment or hefty fines.
This layered legal quagmire leaves little room for ambiguity as to the gravity of the situation.
By midday, the saga took a decisive turn when Theer Phawangkanan, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC), announced the teacher’s immediate transfer from the school.
“A fact-finding committee has been set up to investigate the incident and provide fairness to all parties.”
Theer added that the maximum penalty would be imposed if the teacher’s misconduct towards students is confirmed.
Not stopping there, Associate Professor Dr Ponrapee Thummaphan, Deputy Secretary-General of the Teachers Council, confirmed that the council is investigating for professional ethics violations.
“Should the findings reveal unethical conduct, we will move swiftly to revoke the teacher’s licence.”
Dr Ponrapee highlighted the importance of upholding professional integrity among educators.
As details of the investigation continue to unfold, the school and its community are left grappling with the repercussions of the teacher’s indiscretion. The public, rightfully outraged, demands transparency and accountability from the educational establishment meant to safeguard their children.
