Firefly’s Night Brunch, and All That Jazz
Imagine a brunch… at night. Firefly @ Pavillions in Layan hosted their ‘All That Jazz’ ‘brunch’, the last in the High Season series.
An astonishing buffet was prepared by the Maestro Chef Belinda Tuckwell. A Mediterranean theme with international flavors, the best cheese selection we’ve ever encountered on the island and some truly delicious sweet things to top off a wonderful night. You can’t have an ‘All That Jazz’ night without some cool grooves and some of the island’s most accomplished musicians came together for live music with Eka soothing us with her cool jazz renditions.
We hope there’s more Night Brunches coming up at Firefly. The flickering night fly is blossoming into a destination of choice for the discerning Phuket Foodie. Congratulations to JP, Belinda and the Firefly team on a winning formula for a Friday night.
