Toons Tunes – James Bay “Pink Lemonade”

Checking new and amazing music for The Thaiger everyday with Donna Toon

After a couple of years hiatus, English singer and songwriter James Bay returns with a new look and a new feel with soon to be released Electric Light. He rose to stardom in 2014 after the release of his single “Hold Back the River” from his debut studio album “Chaos and the Calm” which went number one in the UK charts and topped charts around the world. Brit Awards and Grammy Award nominations followed in 2016 cementing his spot as the best newcomer in the market.

At The Thaiger 102.75 FM we have just added “Wild Love”, which was a welcome return back to James Bay, this is the follow up single from the new album which will drop in May later this year, Electric Light. Completely different feel from “Wild Love”, “Pink Lemonade” was debuted on SNL last weekend, and takes on a more upbeat, rock ‘n’ roll energy, coming from James Bay original rock roots.

Toons Tunes for today is James Bay, “Pink Lemonade”, and it comes to you from a recommendation by good friends Sam and Suzanne at Kajonkiet International School in Phuket, who have long loved James Bay. Nice one girls.
