PHUKET: The latest condos, compact houses and home building supplies catering to Phuket’s urban living trend have launched their new year promotions at the Phuket Real Estate Show 2014 held at Central Festival Phuket, which ends tomorrow, February 12.
City dwellings dominated the rows of properties and products at the expo featuring affordable accommodation options under 2 million baht for young buyers such as Connext and Centrio condos, as well as mid to upper-range properties including Zcape III Condo and new residential development Privé 49.
Double glazing, laminated wood-like flooring, the latest bathroom and kitchen gadgets, swimming pools and even expert advice in the art of feng shui are also part of the week-long property show, which is held annually at Central Festival Phuket.
Phuket Governor Maitri Inthusut officially opened the event and took a tour of the booths with Phuket Real Estate Association president Mr Thanusak Pungdet.
In addition to some sweet promotions at many of the booths, there are daily prize giveaways for lucky showgoers, including all-expenses-paid trips with free international flights and hotel stays. Entertainment includes swimwear modeling around the swimming pool installed for the event by JD Pools.
Many of the properties on show are using the expo to launch their latest new year promotions. Tri Property is giving away a free romantic trip to South Korea to celebrate Valentine’s throughout February to buyers of Zcape III Condominium in central Phuket as well as any of the few remaining units at Zcape and Zcape X2 condominiums under development in Cherng Talay.
