Phuket Indigo’s new pearl revealed

PHUKET: Phuket’s Indigo Pearl, in partnership with Bensley Design Studios, have unveiled their latest design creation.
The hotel’s much anticipated new private pool villas are a key phase in the resort’s multi-million dollar transformation to position Indigo Pearl as an “all suite and villa” property.
Each of the seven secluded private pool villas is set within a walled garden, offering spacious indoor and outdoor accommodation.
Ranging in size from 550 to 2,500 square meters, each villa comprises two bungalows – one dedicated as a bedroom and the other as living space. A private, individually designed swimming pool also comes with each residence.
The living pavilion houses a lounge, dining area and boutique-sized spa, complete with massage beds, steam showers and a sauna, while a large decking area merges the inside and outside spaces.
The bedroom pavilion features a king sized bed, with his and her fixtures throughout the bathroom which also includes an indoor and outdoor shower, a jacuzzi and a walk-in wardrobe.
Phuket’s industrial heritage has influenced the décor with a black and grey theme throughout. Design homage is paid to the area’s “black gold” past using bold lighting, polished metal, exposed beams and riveted furnishings. Each villa is individually designed using these aesthetics as a foundation.
The three Pleasure-seeker Residences can be inter-connected, opening up a three-pool, four-bedroom suite for large family gatherings or as an exclusive party venue. At 2,500sqm, this is the largest villa on the island according to Indigo Pearl.
