A shocking incident unfolded in a famous coffee shop in Chengdu, Sichuan province when a female customer ruthlessly ejected a delivery man from the establishment. She referred to him as “air pollution,” sparking widespread criticism on Chinese social media.

The female customer was peacefully sipping her coffee when she noticed a delivery man enter the establishment to enjoy his coffee. She reacted with disdain, accusing him of ruining the atmosphere and creating air pollution within the premises, causing her to feel suffocated.

She even demanded that he leave the café. However, when the café staff witnessed this, they stepped in to mediate the situation, explaining that everyone has the right to patronise the establishment just like her. However, she remained adamant.

“There is no way I can share a café with him, absolutely not.”

The police clarified that unless someone is breaking rules, committing indecent acts, or is naked, there is no reason to prevent that individual from patronising a shop. Conversely, anyone displaying disruptive or offensive behaviour, including using offensive language and belittling others, must face legal consequences.

Once this incident went viral online, it sparked heated discussions. The majority of netizens condemned the woman’s behaviour, criticising her for looking down on another customer sharing the same café, reported KhaoSod.
