Road closures for Old Phuket Town
Phuket municipality has announced road closures during the 19th Old Town festival and Chinese New Year celebrations. On February 21 to 23, from 3:00pm to midnight, the following roads are be closed:
- Thalang Road
- Soi Romanee
- Krabi Road, from the intersection of Thalang Road and Yaowarat Road until the Thai Hua Museum
- Soi Pradit
- Takuapa Road, from the intersection with Rassada Road until the intersection with Phang Nga Road
- Thepkasattri Road, from the intersection with Dibuk Road until the Taew Num intersection
- Phuket Road, from the Taew Num intersection until the Phra Aram bridge intersection on Rassada Road
A total of 11 designated parking spots have been selected for this event:
- Kajorn Rangsom temple
- Pud Jor shrine
- Mongkol Nimit temple
- Vichit Phra Nang Sang temple
- The area next to Mei Zhou hotel
- Trick Eye museum
- Next to Daeng Plaza hotel
- Limelight Avenue mall
- Phuket municipality office
- CAT Office (for motorbike only)
- TOT Office (for motorbike only)
