Flood-risk areas include Thepkrasattri Rd near Super Cheap, just north of Phuket City, and warnings of possible landslides have been issued for Patong and Kata.

While 10mm of rain has fallen in Phuket City, some 30mm was recorded within a three-hour period at the weather monitoring station near Phuket International Airport in Mai Khao.
