Phuket Surf Competition underway

PHUKET: The Quiksilver Thailand Surf Competition 2010 is underway at Kata Beach, with finals scheduled for Sunday.

Highlights for tomorrow will be a special surf show from 11am to 1pm with two renowned professionals demonstrating their skills.

Taking to the surf will be Indonesian Surfing Championship (ISC) president Tipi ‘Tiger’ Jabrik of Indonesia and ISC board member Jake ‘The Snake’ Paterson of Australia.
