Schein stated, “Given their status and wealth, it’s hard to imagine they didn’t have a prenup. If they did, most financial terms would be settled already. Without a prenup, there will be more assets to divide and claims to handle.”
He added, “Even without a prenup, given the short duration of their marriage, I don’t foresee this divorce being drawn out. Both will likely want a quick resolution, away from public scrutiny.”
