What is a Non Immigrant B Visa (Business)?
Non-Immigrant B Visa (for business), also called Business Visas are for foreign nationals who wish to conduct business, attend meetings, exhibitions and such in Thailand. Depending on the nature of your business you may also need a work permit.
Having a Non Immigrant B Visas is a legal requirement if you want to conduct business in Thailand and are available as both single or multiple entries. The visa is valid to enter Thailand for 3 or 12 months respectively. Each entry permits a stay of 90 days.
Thai Business Visas are available as single or multiple entries. You will be expected to report your status when you leave and re-enter Thailand while on a multiple entry visa. If your Thai Business Visa is for a single entry, your visa will expire as soon as you leave the country.

The single entry Non Imm B is valid to enter Thailand for 3 months from the date of issue. The multiple entry Non Imm B is valid to enter Thailand for 12 months from the date of issue.
