Award winning Phuket beach resort, JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa, is hosting the 6th ‘Reboot and Maximise Your Energy’ event which will be taking place from May 24-27, 2018.

Participants will learn new fitness & lifestyle skills and information and how they can ‘re-program’ their body with the practitioners including Hayden Rhodes, Kim White, Andrew Stannard and Susanna Eduini. The wellness workshop has a vast array of specialists to maximise a healthy weekend in Phuket.

The four day program begins with a personal and private health and wellness consultation with Hayden Rhodes upon arrival; he will help to create a healthy life ritual plan for participants.

The participants will also enjoy the informative workshops and hands-on activities at the practical fun sessions such as team building, water races, mindset and visualisation and “finding balance leading to fundamental functional programs for life”.

Participants will also discover their own foodie adventure with “clean” menus and understanding how food labels work from gifted chefs and artisans of fine dining. They’ll learn how food can affect sleep as well as improve overall productivity.
