Phuket Real Estate Show kicks off tomorrow
PHUKET: Looking to lease, buy and/or invest in Phuket or Phang Nga property? Don’t sign that contract just yet! The Phuket Real Estate Association (PREA) will launch the “Phuket Real Estate Show 2014” tomorrow, January 6, in the Grand Hall on the first floor of Central Festival Phuket.
The week-long, annual exhibition gets underway at 3pm and will conclude on Wednesday, February 12.
This year’s exhibition will feature 30 booths representing properties – completed and in the pipeline – in Phuket, Phang Nga as well as Chiang Mai, including condominium, duplexes, detached single homes, townhouses and shop-houses alike.
Also to exhibit at the show will be a number of local and national businesses; namely, JD Pools, PD House and American Standard (sanitary ware), among others.
If the property by itself isn’t reason enough to turn out, then JD Pools’ bikini and one-piece bathing suite “special show”, to take place at 7pm each day of the exhibition, provides even more incentive to come.
