Phuket Sports: Bowling for a good cause
PHUKET: The Phuket Cricket Group (PCG) hosted the Chris Hart Memorial T20 fund match on November 18 at the Alan Cooke Ground (ACG) last Sunday.
The event was a huge success and the PCG would like to thank everyone that played, as well as all the supporters who turned out to pay their respects to Chris.
In addition to giving Chris a great send off, the PCG also managed to raise 96,100 baht for Hart’s family.
The PCG will run a silent auction until November 26. For a list of items click here, where you will also be able to place a bid.
Items on auction vary from dinners at exclusive restaurants to cricket memorabilia and tailored suits.
A PCG XI will play against the ANZA Champs from Singapore this Saturday, November 24. The first ball is scheduled to be bowled at midday.
