PHUKET TOWN: Firefighters from all over the island took seven hours yesterday morning to put out a blaze in a warehouse. Damage in the fire was estimated at about 13 million baht. No one was hurt. But water ran out, so 16 more fire engines were called in from Kathu, Rassada, Cherng Talay and Chalong. The warehouse, owned by Sawad Sae-tan, 61, contained paper boxes, plastic and other goods for recycling. The cause of the fire is unknown.
