Land & Houses brings new residential project to Koh Kaew
PHUKET: Property developer Land & Houses has opened new doors for families in Phuket with the residential development ’88 Land & Houses Koh Kaew’.
Construction of the gated community is set to be completed by 2018.
About 50 per cent of the 140 units have already been sold and new owners have started to move in.
Located on Thepkrassatri Road, the 88 Land & Houses Koh Kaew project is built on 53-3-16 rai of land and based on the concept of ‘Tropical Serenity’, which is a mix of greenery and modern living for a family-oriented environment.
There are a total of five different types of two-storey, single-detached houses available in the Koh Kaew project: Iconic; Idealist; Acacia; Amplio; and Grandeo.
The houses range in size from 136 to 239 square meters, with 3-4 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms. Each house has a living room, although only the ‘Grandeo’ has a maid’s room.
A two-storey club house that will contain a public lounge and fitness room is set to be completed by the end of this year, located near a kids’ park also inside the premises.
“We mostly have 35-year-old buyers coming in to buy these houses, from Phuket as well as neighboring provinces such as Phang Nga, Krabi and Surat Thani,” said Pphada Amornpreedee, marketing executive at Land & Houses. “Our customers range from newly-weds to families with three to four children.”
The project provides residents with keycard access, a 24-hour security system with CCTV, and regular security patrols.
The principal business of Land & Houses is residential housing development, concentrating particularly on single detached houses.
Focusing on urban living, Land & Houses has developments in Bangkok and other major cities such as Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Khon Kaen, Nakhonratchasima, Udonthani, Hua Hin, Mahasarakham and Ayuthaya.
Other projects currently under development in Phuket by Land & Houses are: 88 Land & House Hillside in Chalong; 88 Land & Houses Phuket – a modern home office in Chalong – and Inizio Koh Kaew.
